Foray Specialty has launched a Frame Builder’s Risk program in partnership with major USA and Lloyd’s of London insurers. This program offers market-leading capacity and flexibility for frame builder’s risk projects, including those with catastrophe exposures. Smaller limits are available through other partner markets, and our superior construction market capacity is continually expanding.

  • USD 30M minimum TIV for Program (Combined Hard Costs & Soft Costs)
  • Up to USD 120m of available capacity depending on project specifications.
  • Primary & Quota Share Capabilities
  • Up to 36 months standard, with ability to consider longer projects
